South West facing so lots of lovely sun (although there's always a good chance of rain as well).

Over time I'm trying to set this up as a modern house with up-to-date technology scattered around for those guests who wish to use it. The house will still function for those of us that don't know how to work it all.
There's Philips Hue lighting in all the rooms ... individual dimmers or work it all from the Philips app.
You can just use the manual light switches to control the lighting ... so don't worry.
There are also Alexa devices in every room. These are used to control the lights, play music and loads of other things that I don't to do.
(If you’re concerned by this in any way then please just switch them off at the wall. Everything will work manually)

There's adecent Samsung TV in the living room, a Sky TV package, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV. Bose speakers to listen to music.
A smaller TV in the room with single beds and no TV at all in other bedrooms .... (for those guests who just want to get away from that black rectangle for a short time.)
There is also an Xbox One with a large selection of games and the usual array of board games, jigsaws and cards, books.

Fully equipped kitchen ... pretty much everything you need. I leave plenty of ingredients/sauces/spices and other basics (rice,pasta, onions,etc) for your use during your stay.If you arrive late with nothing... you can always make something to eat.
There's even a local shop/filling station 150 yards away ... you're going to find that very useful. The next one is 8 miles away.

Comfortable beds .. 2 doubles and 2 singles. Dressing tables, mirrors and hairdryers.
The living room can easily fit 6 people with plenty of room to spare. You will be able to relax here.

Situated in the picturesque village of Inverinate. There's stunning scenery all around. The 5 Sisters of Kintail mountains are on view and so arethe lovely shores of Loch Duich.

It's very central for exploring the area. Only 10 minutes to Eilean Donan Castle and 20 minutes to the Isle of Skye. Loch Ness is less than an hour away. Tell your friends that you saw Nessie.
There's stone age brochs (houses) in Glenelg. Get to Inverness or Fort William in 90 mins.

And you don't have to drive for an extra hour down some country road to get to it. The house is just off the main road (we know it an the only road) and there's a filling station just 150 yards away. Fill up and start your days sightseeing. The filling station also has a good stock of food and drink.

Along the A87 .... there's a Jet filling station in Inverinate about 150 yards from the property.
The property is 2nd left after the filling station and then left again down a private driveway of 30 yards.
